I'm Isles - a creative working at the intersection of art, music, and technology. My background is in UX design and front-end development, but I'm currently expanding into back-end and systems-level work, drawn to the logic and architecture that power the tools I used to only build the surface of.
In my role in tech support at Bandzoogle, I've spent years helping musicians navigate digital tools and solve technical challenges - work that's given me a deep, practical understanding of how software actually gets used, and where it breaks. I'm now pursuing an IT Programming diploma to build on that foundation and move further into back-end development.
As a Black, queer, and non-binary person, I bring a unique perspective to everything I create, and I care about building technology that's accessible and thoughtfully made - not just functional, but genuinely considerate of the people using it.
